How to Redeem
From 23rd February 2021, you will be eligible to redeem our KooBits Writing Pad when you successfully refer a friend as a KooBits user (on our individual plan).
Follow these steps to get your exclusive KooBits writing pad.

Judging Criteria
Terms & Conditions
1) Each referrer can only redeem 1 x free KooBits Limited Edition Xiaomi Writing Pad (regardless of how many times referral is done).
2) Only existing individual plan users can refer and referee must subscribe to individual plan within 2 weeks of claim.
3) Applicable for individual plan users in Singapore only. Not for school account users.
4) KooBits may in its sole and absolute discretion substitute the gift with another gift of
similar value without prior notice.
5) Referrer(s) will be notified by email on the collection details.
6) Referrer(s) will have to collect the gifts personally at KooBits office. Referrer will need to produce identification card (for verification) during collection and sign to acknowledge due
receipt.
7) Gifts are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credits or otherwise.
8) In the event that the referrer is unable to collect the gift personally and wants to authorise someone (proxy) to collect on his/her behalf, he/she needs to email to [email protected] at least two (2) working days in advance of the collection date.
The referrer must prepare a letter of authorisation to authorise another person to collect the gift. The authorised person must produce identification card for verification and sign to acknowledge due receipt.
9) KooBits reserves the right to forfeit any unclaimed gifts after the collection end date, and those whose gifts have been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation.
10) Each referrer’s participation in this referral program indicates the referrer’s consent for
the collection and use of his/her personal data in accordance with the Personal Data
Protection Act 2012.
11) KooBits’s decision on all matters relating to and/or in connection with the referral
program, including but not limited to the eligibility of the referrer or referee, the manner in
which the gifts collected shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
12) KooBits will not be responsible for any injuries, loss, claim or damage suffered or
incurred as a result of the redemption or usage of the gifts.
13) KooBits reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of the referral program or
withdraw / terminate at any time without prior notice.
14) The KooBits referral program will be valid while stocks last. *All KooBits Writing Pads have been Fully Redeemed!
